Kim - Office Manager
I handle our patients financial arrangements and oversee all day-to-day projects. My goal is to make sure that our patients are taken care of, have their needs met and questions answered, and I try to make their periodontal visit as pleasant as possible. I have worked with Dr. Sinks for over 16 years. He is an extremely skilled doctor who truly loves what he does.
I am married and have two kids; a son and daughter. When I am not here at work, my free time is spent with my family either lake fishing or traveling to a sporting event.
Cori - Patient and Insurance Coordinator
I am your Insurance "go to person". I help you schedule your appointments and answer your dental insurance questions. I converse with your insurance providers and make sure that you are getting the best financial care possible. I am also involved with the day to day operations in the office; I answer phones and speak with patients. Being able to assist each patient with their concerns and scheduling needs is a big part of why I enjoy my job.
The staff is terrific and they are all fun to work with. Dr. Sinks is the best and I couldn't wish to work for anyone else. You couldn't find a more caring person to have as a doctor.
In my personal time, I really enjoy spending time with my daughter; she is the love of my life. We both really enjoy spending time with our dog; taking her for walks and throwing a ball around.
Lluvia - Surgical Dental Assistant
I help assist Dr. Sinks with surgical procedures, taking in mind to give the best care possible. I work with both new patients and post-op patients to give them as much information as possible to help them be comfortable before and after surgery allowing a speedy and successful recovery. I love interacting with the patients and seeing the results when they are recovered.
We have a great staff. We are all friends and that make our office environment very peaceful. My favorite thing about Dr. Sinks is our special language we have; we call it "Office Spanish". I teach him Spanish and he makes it all his own. He is a fun man and is very kind to his patients and his staff.
Something you may not know about me... I speak 3 languages: English, Spanish and French... well, I guess 4 if you count Dr. Sinks' "Office Spanish". I also really enjoy going to the movies and reading a good book.
Amanda - Surgical Dental Assistant 
My first interaction with new patients is to make them feel comfortable and make sure they have all of the information that is available to them. I assist Dr. Sinks in surgery focusing on the job at task to make sure for a safe and successful outcome. Following up with post-op patients gives me a chance to see how they are recovering and if there is anything I can do help them along the way. It is my goal to see that every patient is completely satisfied and my gift to see their new smile.
We all care so much for each other and our patients that it really doesn't feel like the typical office environment; we are all friends. Dr. Sinks is very generous and thankful to everyone around him, both patients and staff, and he will go out of his way to show it.
Outside of the office I am a BIG football fan. Go CHARGERS!!! I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, loving on my 2 dogs and 1 cat and listening to an eclectic range of music.
Veronica - Registered Dental Hygienist
I perform dental cleanings, take X-rays, and teach patients on how to keep their smiles happy and healthy. I love learning about our patients' lives and interests outside of the office. Our office is an upbeat place, both for our patients and for the staff. Dr. Sinks really takes the time to explain procedures to patients and answer all their questions.
Cathy - Registered Dental Hygienist
My career as a periodontal dental hygienist began 28 years ago in my hometown of San Diego, California. You will find me to be professional, informative, friendly and ready to serve our patients with care and integrity. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Sinks and his dental team since 1987. After nearly 25 years, I can see that with a combination of care provided by the dental hygienist and the meticulous skills of Dr. Sinks, we will achieve the best functional, esthetic and maintainable results for our patients. The most fulfilling part of my job is that my patients become friends and more like family due to the continuity of care over years and now decades. Our goal is to create and maintain a beautiful and confident smile that will last a lifetime. My other joys are my husband Jeff, an Australian Shepherd named Glady-girl and traveling/photographing the next destination spot.
Eterna - Registered Dental Hygienist
My goal is to educate our patients, to help them understand the importance of maintaining everyday care and to show them preventative measures to ensure they have a healthy and happy life. My favorite part of my job is taking a patient who has little to no knowledge about everyday maintenance and educating them on the best ways to improve their current practices. The report with my patients is such an additional benefit to my job; learning about them, laughing with them and sharing their lives.
I am blessed with sharing my day with fantastic co-workers. Everyone here has the patients' best interests at heart. We don't just look at the staff as family, but the patients too. Dr. Sinks is a very caring man. His work is meticulous and detail oriented. If he is not happy he will not walk away until he is satisfied that it is done to perfection. He takes his time with patients, it is a quality that is very hard to find these days.
Outside of the office, my fiance and I enjoy being foodies. We like trying every kind of food and drink there are, there is no food we are not open to experiencing. We work of the calories from the fine cuisine by taking our dog Bruno for a long walk or jog or I may indulge myself in a little yoga or Pilates.

"Hello!" I am the smiling face that will greet you at the front desk. You may already recognize my voice from the phone call I placed to confirm your appointment here. My job is to start your experience with our office in a positive and comfortable manner, making you feel at home and at ease. A highlight of my day is interacting with the patients, seeing the fantastic results of their procedures and hearing all of the positive feedback from the patients as they leave with their new fantastic smiles.
We have a great office dynamic. We all support each other and get along very well which I believe shows in the care that we give our patients. Dr. Sinks is very dedicated to his team and his patients. Watching him work intrigues me and he is more than willing to explain every detail of what he does to help each person understand what he is planning.
